HSL’s Encantada Brand Expands with Goodyear Acquisition
Tucson, AZ (05/10/13) – HSL Properties announces the rebranding of its sixth Encantada luxury apartment community with the recent acquisition of Broadstone Canyon Trails Apartments, 16450 W. Van Buren St. in Goodyear, Arizona. HSL purchased the 226-residence community, now called Encantada at Canyon Trails, from Alliance Residential for $23.6 million on May 3.
